We have formed a wonderful relationship with a fantastic printer. He is doing our calendar and he just bailed me out of a major printer problem with printing some invitations. (The paper we have will not feed through any of the printers here, and I called him to see how much he would charge to do it today because we had to have it done.) He wouldn’t let me come to him, but he came and picked up all the paper, had me email him the PDF files of what we needed and called 30 minutes later to tell me that he would have it finished by noon.
He is a very nice man, and his customer service is so above and beyond the norm. I truly think you would like having him do your business jobs.
